When should I schedule my trial, and are they required?

Trials should be scheduled within a couple months from your wedding date. We understand this isn’t always possible with our destination brides, and we are happy to accommodate your travels as best as possible. Trials are not required, but strongly encouraged!

Do you offer Airbrush makeup?

We have limited Airbrush Makeup Artists, please inquire.

How do I prep for my trial and day of? Do I need to bring anything?

Beautiful makeup begins with healthy, beautiful skin. Start hydrating and taking good care of your skin months before. Sunscreen is crucial! You will need to arrive for both appointments with clean, makeup free skin. We will prep your skin with the appropriate skincare.

Hair must be completely dry and clean. Fees apply for clients requiring a blow-dry.

You do not need to supply anything for your trial, but you may wish to bring your hairpiece or veil. You may also bring clip-in extensions, our artist can install them for $25/session.

Do you accept credit cards?

In an effort to maintain lower costs for our clients, we do not accept credit cards. We are able to accept check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.


Can I add on services later?

As long as we can accommodate them, we are happy to add on additional services for your group. Having an accurate headcount upon booking will ensure your group will be reserved the appropriate number of artists for your group size and timeframe.

What if I need to cancel some services?

Services cancelled within 90 days of the event will result in a loss of deposit on the cancelled service(s). Cancelled services within 8 weeks of the event will not be refunded. Service minimums must be paid for regardless of dropped services.

Do you stay for touchups after the first look or ceremony?

Our artists will depart after their final services are completed during the getting ready timeframe. Artists may be hired to stay for touchups at their hourly rate. Please inquire.

When is my final payment due?

The final balance is due to the artists anytime after the Final Details email is sent (about 2 weeks prior to the event date), but must be paid to the artists prior to them beginning services on the day of.
